Desmond is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services practice group. His practice focuses on capital markets, derivatives, securities law, corporate finance, securitization, and general corporate matters. He advises corporate issuers, financial institutions, underwriters, and investment banks on financing transactions, including public and private debt and equity offerings, as well as securitization matters across a range of asset classes. Desmond completed his J.D. at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He previously obtained his B.A. (Hons.) at the University of Toronto.
