Luke received his J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan. In addition to the U of S, Luke has studied law at the Eötvös Loránd University College of Law in Budapest, Hungary, as well as Global M&A Design at Harvard Summer School in Cambridge, MA.
He received the Law Foundation of Saskatchewan Harry Dahlem scholarship for academic achievement.
