Christian is a partner in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group in our Montréal office. With his experience, he focuses on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings for emerging and high growth companies. Christian also provides advice to a variety of industries, including software as a service (SaaS), virtual/augmented reality, nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, neurotechnology, blockchain and cryptocurrency.
Christian has worked with clients ranging from early-stage startup companies to established public companies, private equity and venture capital funds.
Before joining Osler, Christian launched and co-led an emerging and high growth practice at another large Canadian law firm. Prior to his work in the private sector, Christian worked as a corporate finance analyst for the Capital Market Division at the Autorité des marchés financiers (the Québec Securities Commission).
Christian started his career at Osler as an articling student and then associate lawyer to later return as a partner.
