Brad’s practice is focused on advising corporations, private equity firms, family offices and entrepreneurs regarding a range of business transactions and situations. These include acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings, strategic alliances, leveraged buyouts, fiduciary obligations, and shareholder relations.
Clients highly value Brad’s business sense, calm demeanor and problem-solving approach to complex business law issues. A generalist by nature, Brad has experience in a wide range of industries with concentrations in the food and beverage, retail and consumer products, financial services, and professional services sectors.
Brad has been recognized by Chambers Canada in Band 1 for Corporate/Commercial Law. He is a member and former director of the Vancouver Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Brad has held numerous volunteer positions in his community and is currently President and a Director of the Churchill Society of British Columbia.
