Lukas Milne

Lukas Milne

Lukas is an associate in the Disputes Group of our Vancouver office, where he maintains a broad practice of class action and commercial litigation.

During law school, Lukas was actively involved with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, was an oralist in the 2023 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in the national and international rounds, and served as a judicial intern at the Provincial Court of British Columbia. After completing law school, Lukas clerked for six justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Before joining Osler, Lukas was an associate at a national law firm where he assisted on a variety of commercial disputes and regulatory matters. Lukas has appeared in front of the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
